Would you agree that this is a great present to share to all. I know of a lender that offers a no money down conventional purchase loan that has no mortgage insurance and possible $5000 in grant funds to help pay closing cost. For qualified buyers. Also I like to say Northeast Ohio is a great place to buy a home.
