In response to the current COVID-19 situation and Governor DeWine’s latest orders, we want you to know that our agency is an essential business and will remain operational. However, effective Tuesday, 03/24/2020 our hours will be amended to 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

🔸We will be available both by phone (330) 929-2546 and by email which will be the best way to reach us.

🔸We will only see clients by appointment and when the need is urgent.

🔸We ask that payments be made through online banking or by calling the office to pay by phone.

We are here for you during this uncertain time. We know that no order can stop adverse events that cause insurance claims and occur in everyday life.
