Great news for VA buyers!

The VA has published a few updates that should make things easier for you:
✔️ Homes built prior to 1978: lead-based paint issues will need to be remedied if called out on the appraisal.
✔️ Homes built after 1978: no action needed.
✔️ Outbuildings: no repairs needed, even if built prior to 1978.
✔️ Radon requirements have been removed for VA loans including new construction.
