We are a remodeling company that flips our own properties in the Grand Rapids area. We don't do any service work. We are currently looking for 3-5 new hires in both cities with experience in:
Drywall installation and drywall finishing
Painting
Carpentry (floors, doors, trim)
Kitchen remodels
Bathroom remodels
Windows
Hanging light fixtures and changing outlets and switches
Exterior work
Misc: power washing, gutter clean out, cleaning, lawn mowing

This is a full-time or part time opportunity. Pay ranges based on skill set from $16-$23/hr

Facebook followers, We are in search for someone who will work directly under me as a junior. JW Remodeling has been growing quite fast and would like to find someone who is looking to get into the real estate sector. My brother and I handle the whole operation from start to finish.
Duties include: Buying, Construction (35+ flips a year), Construction Management (over 30 people working for JW) Property Management (over 100 units), Airbnb's, Accounting, Listings, Selling. There is a lot included in each of those sectors. This person needs to be highly motivated, no experience needed.
