Building a home and closing a construction loan was stressful and complicated, but Jeff was always patient, professional, and willing to help in any way he could.
What stood out most was his communication and responsiveness. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered our questions quickly, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was knowledgeable and reassuring, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process.
Jeff also went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal rather than transactional. We never felt like just another customer. He genuinely cared about helping us through the loan process and worked hard to make the closing process as smooth as possible.
His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a complicated process much easier, and we truly appreciated having him guide us through it all. This was our 5th home purchase over the past 34 years and the easiest by far.
I would recommend Jeff and First United to any of my friends and family. It was a truly great experience.
