He understood my hesitancy about taking out this mortgage and understood my need to take my time and do my own due diligence. He also worked hard to get me the mortgage and didn’t let my unique property, which was hard to appraise, get in the way of him providing a mortgage option to me. Terry Hancock was so pleasant to work with in handling all the paperwork. So down to earth and fun. The closing attorney was accommodating regarding my meeting place and the closing process was efficient and painless. Overall a wonderful team. I would not hesitate to recommend this team. Thank you to all!
