Breaking Mortgage News! The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) just announced that it would cancel its plans to implement a new Loan Level Pricing Adjustment (LLPA) based on a borrower’s Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio. This change would’ve tacked on an additional fee for a Conventional loan if the DTI ratio was 40% or greater.
