If you have a health savings account (HSA), it’s good to know how much you can contribute and how much you may have to pay for health expenses each year 🏥

To help you out, we’ve placed below the numbers for individuals in 2023:

💰 Contribution Limit = $3,850

💰 Minimum Deductible = $1,500

💰 Annual Out-Of-Pocket Maximum = $7,500

If you think these numbers are noticeably higher than last year, you’d be correct – the IRS set them higher in response to inflation ⬆️

📣 Important News: 2024 Medicare Changes 🏥

Here's a quick overview of some of the upcoming changes to in 2024. If you or someone you know could benefit, please share!

1️⃣ Medicare Advantage:

✅ Enhanced provider directories, now including cultural and linguistic capabilities.
✅ More access to telehealth and digital health education.
✅ Culturally competent care guidelines to better meet needs of non-English speakers and those who are hearing impaired.

2️⃣ Medicare Part D:

✅ Coinsurance eliminated! This could save thousands for those with high-cost meds.
✅ More people now eligible for full benefits under the Part D Low-Income Subsidy Program.
✅ Base beneficiary premium increase capped at 6%.

It’s almost time to turn back time! 🎶

On Sunday, November 5th, we’ll all set our clocks back an hour. Your smartphones and gadgets will automatically adjust for the time change but you’ll need to adjust your analog clocks - (ovens, microwaves, etc.).

Make sure you Cher this with your network so they don’t forget to change their clocks ⏰

It’s almost time to “fall back” in time! 🕰️ Daylight savings ends on Sunday, November 5th, when we all set our clocks to standard time by adjusting back an hour.
