We’re excited to announce the promotion of Serenah Flores to Branch Manager I at our Catclaw location!

As she approaches her 6-year anniversary with First Watch Credit Union, Serenah continues to represent the best of our mission through knowledgeable, thorough, and kind service. From operations to retail and lending, she has grown with us, all while serving our community through the FAV Committee and encouraging others to do the same.

In her new role, she will lead our branch team and oversee daily operations while continuing to deliver exceptional service to our members.
