We can't insure your baklava against disappearing too quickly, but we can recommend making an extra batch! 😋

Celebrate National Nut Day with this sweet, nutty treat. 🥜✨

Preparation:
⚫️ Heat oven to 350°F and butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
⚫️ Mix the pistachios, almonds, and salt. Stir the tahini with 2 tablespoons of melted butter until smooth.
⚫️ Layer about one-third of the phyllo sheets in the dish, brushing each lightly with butter. Sprinkle with half of the nut mixture and drizzle with half of the tahini.
⚫️ Repeat with another third of the phyllo, the remaining nuts, and the remaining tahini. Finish with the remaining phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter.
⚫️ Cut into squares or diamonds and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until crisp and deeply golden.
⚫️ While it bakes, simmer the honey, sugar, water, and lemon juice for about 8 minutes. Let the syrup cool.
⚫️ Pour the cooled syrup slowly over the hot baklava. Let it rest uncovered for at least 2 hours.
⚫️ Finish with chopped pistachios and serve at room temperature.

👏 Good bosses solve problems. Great bosses help you avoid them in the first place. 💡

They ask questions, understand the details, plan ahead, and know that a little breathing room can go a long way. That's good leadership AND a pretty smart approach to insurance. 🛡️

Happy Boss's Day! 🎉
