This past Saturday, our branch team and their families were grateful to take part in the Avera Race Against Cancer alongside our community. Cancer has touched each of us in different ways, and coming together for an event like this was a meaningful reminder of the strength and support found within our community. On April 17th, our team stepped out of the office to attend a regional recognition event in Custer, SD—and every moment was well spent.

The day was dedicated to connecting with teams from across the region, gaining valuable insights and product updates, celebrating partnerships, and taking part in motivational sessions centered on culture, mindset, and team energy.

Investing time in learning, collaboration, and growth allows us to bring even more value back to the clients and communities we serve. We’re grateful for the experience and excited to put what we learned into action.
