Please consider donating food items for the United Way of Northeastern SD 2026 Food Drive! Tomorrow is the final day to drop off donations at our office.
All donations stay local to help those struggling with hunger in our community!💙

Join our fight by taking part in the nation's biggest one-day food drive, the NALC Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive this Saturday! Put your donation in a bag near your mailbox and your postal carrier will pick it up while delivering your mail. It's that simple. All donations stay local going to The Salvation Army Aberdeen, SD and The Journey Home

It is often linked to one or multiple factors that lead to food insecurity, creating a cycle that can be hard to break. We’re excited to be a drop off location for 2026 Food Drive!! Stop by and drop off your food items by this Friday, May 8th!

Ooooh looks what's right around the corner! It's the NALC Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive! That's right! Our good friend Michael Muellenberg (pictured) is challenging EVERYONE to donate at least one item! The official day of the food drive is Saturday, May 9th. If you are unable to put your donation out by your mailbox that day, you are in luck. Several businesses have stepped up to collect from now until the 8th! Drop by any of the following places to add to their collection efforts: 3M, First Interstate Bank (Aberdeen Main), First Interstate Bank (Aberdeen East), Aberdeen Family YMCA, Dacotah Bank, Dacotah Bank East, ZuntaFi, Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center (Aberdeen, SD), Red Rooster Coffee House, Centennial Homes of Aberdeen SD, Titles of Dakota Inc, Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, Aberdeen Area Senior Center, Plains Commerce Bank, Insurance Plus, Avera St. Luke's Hospital, NVC, Northeastern Mental Health Center, Avera Mother Joseph Manor, Aberdeen Public Library, American Bank & Trust, City of Aberdeen Municipal Government City Hall, Dakota Structured Cabling
Or if you have a child in a public elementary school, they will also be collecting up until May 8th!
