A quick introduction as I begin sharing more here on Facebook.

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, after graduating from the University of South Dakota in 2004 and joining my father in our family insurance business. Growing up in Aberdeen, I learned early on the value of relationships, trust, and taking care of people.

In October of 2024, the Isaak Agency merged with RhodesAnderson Insurance, and we’re now located in downtown Aberdeen. Today, I work with individuals and small businesses to help protect what matters most, whether that’s auto, home, umbrella, or small business coverage. I believe insurance should be straightforward, easy to understand, and tailored to real life; not one‑size‑fits‑all.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I’m looking forward to connecting, sharing helpful insights, and getting to know more people in the community.

We’re so proud of Jailey as she nears graduation from Northern State University! Over the past few months, she’s brought incredible talent and energy to our RhodesAnderson team, and we’re excited to watch her continue to grow as she works toward earning her insurance license.

What influenced your decision to pursue this field of study?
▪️I chose this major because I love connecting with people and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.

Which professor had a significant impact on your experience at Northern, and in what way?
▪️Kristi Bockorny, Josh VanLaecken, and Amber Henderson were some of my favorite professors. They had a significant impact on me because they truly care about their students and genuinely want to see them succeed. I had these professors, along with the Dean, for several classes, and I always felt comfortable reaching out if I needed help because I knew they would do whatever they could to support me. That said, all of the professors at Northern go above and beyond for their students, and I am grateful for the chance to learn from each of them.

What is one of your favorite memories from your time at Northern?
▪️One of my favorite memories was spending time in the dorms with my roommate and the girls across the hall. Another highlight was serving as a student ambassador for the School of Business, because it was a great group of people, and I felt like we shared valuable ideas and opinions for the program.

What are your plans following graduation?
▪️I plan to remain in Aberdeen and work for RhodesAnderson Insurance.
I am currently working toward earning my insurance license, and I am excited to continue growing in that role.

Two long-standing Aberdeen insurance businesses are merging. Isaak Insurance Co., which has been serving the area since 1970, and RhodesAnderson, which has roots back to 1882, are joining forces effective Oct. 1.
