Dear Members
We are investing together as lets talk but how about on individual basis.
Am thinking of getting people who are interested and we buy one big chunk of land together, because its cheaper than buying like 10 acres.
I have a friend who have some one who is selling an acres at Ush 850,000 in kikyusa Luweero its just 17KM from wobulenzi town. The challenge is that he is selling 1 square mile. This are 640 acres,if we could gather as friends and buy 10,5,15,20 according to individual strength we would get it cheaper and form a letstalk village.The baganda say Agaliawamu gegaluma enyama,but if we wait it might be harder and soon it will be very hard to get at that price, what do other have to say.
