Analysis problems by this construction company Mr. Mpirirwe -Richard observes that lack of finishing materials at a particular stage of construction is one of the major barriers against beating the schedule project completion time. Other problems include power failures and shortages plus lack of spare parts for construction machinery, yet at times if available, it is very expensive. FUTURE PLANS
The management of Jodo Construction Company has plans to introduce a housing scheme for the middle class set up a sophisticated carpentry and formal workshop advise producers to improve on steel, paint produce plus many other construction materials quality.
