Brief about our debt investment

What is a debt investment?

A Debt investment is an investment made in a firm or project through the purchase of debt instruments, with the expectation of being paid back plus interest.

Debt investing is often thought of as fixed income because the investors are legally required to receive a specified amount at predetermined intervals.

Benefits of debt investment

1. An avenue for earning a predetermined and consistent fixed income periodically
2. Offers the investor passive income where they don't need to be present for them to earn
3. Incase of winding up of a firm, the debt investors are paid off before ordinary shareholders.

Debt investment at Kray

We are offering an opportunity to willing investors to take on our debt instruments from as low as Ugx 300,000.

The instruments, depending on the tier carry an interest of 1 - 3% per month and this is paid to our investors account on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually depending on the investors preference.

The Investment is secured by a written, fully signed contract between Kray and the investor to further spell out the T&C's of the investment.
