MyCheckmate coffee, the Champion blend: first crafted by Bocana Tonny Ocana in 2014, to compete in the 1st CURAD National Agribusiness Challenge, where it emerged 1st Runner - Up in the category of Best Coffee Derivative.

The fully ripe cherries grown under organic conditions in the ranges of Elgon (Mountains of the Sun) and Rwenzori (Mountains of the Moon) at an elevation of 1,350 meters above sea level, are selectively hand-picked and taken through fully washed and natural processing methods respectively, at origin.

Overtime, we have identified passionate and ethical farmers with whom we continue to work to make the best out of their coffee farm produce in a manner that promises sustainability. The relationship we are nurturing with these farming communities coupled with the passion and expertise our team at Coffee Quality Assurance (CQA) Ltd possess, ensures Uganda's Finest Arabica Blend can be delivered for your palate.

while we tend towards our 30th January 2019, Specialty Coffee Seminar, we have had sideline activities in the coffee value chain which include specialty coffee cupping at the Africa Coffee Academy and an upcoming visit to farms in Bunghoko - Mbale and Kapchorwa Districts in the Mt. Elgon region, Eastern Uganda.
