For a partner to be able to use any matrimonial property as loan security, they need spousal consent (should be in writing). And the loan institution is liable to do back ground check on its clients to make sure the security given is proper, if not the Court holds the loan institution to hold no power over the ''said'' property.

Yes, defilement doesn't require pregnancy to be proven, As long as you have had s*x with an under aged person (boy or girl) it is defilement and on conviction it is liable to life imprisonment.(Penal Code (amendment) Act ,2007.
