🌳We are excited to share the success of our recent tree planting exercise at SteadFin Hillview Estate - sonde!🌍 With the enthusiastic participation of SACCO members and staff, we planted over 100 fruit-bearing trees. This initiative is part of our commitment to fostering environmental stewardship and building stronger, greener communities.
This was also a reminder that small actions, when done collectively, create transformative change.
At SteadFin, sustainability goes beyond events, and we encourage our members to:
• 🌱 Recycle and reduce waste.
• 💧 Conserve resources like water and energy.

In case you missed it: SteadFin (U) SACCO Ltd once again emerged the winner for the Cooperatives Award at the 2024 Financial Reporting (FiRe) Awards for the third consecutive year!
This award is not just a testament to SteadFin’s commitment to transparency and best practices; it is a celebration of our journey towards greater accountability and trust within Uganda’s cooperative sector. With this recognition, SteadFin reaffirms its role as a leader in fostering financial integrity and inclusion.

We are dedicated to empowering our members and cultivating future leaders through the fundamentals of the cooperative movement.
As we prepare for , we reflect on the successes of last year's MCDP launch and .
What is MCDP? The Member Cooperative Development Program (MCDP) embodies SteadFin's commitment to creating a knowledgeable, empowered, and community-centric membership base. Our goal is to guide the SACCO towards excellence and outstanding service.
Held from November 24th to 26th, 2023, the inaugural MCDP marked a significant milestone. It equipped members with essential knowledge and skills in cooperatives, governance, and leadership, all aligned with SteadFin SACCO's unique vision and mission.
Join us as we continue to foster a community of empowered and knowledgeable members, ready to lead SteadFin into the future.

Looking back to when the SteadFin youth came together for the 2nd annual SteadFin Youth Development Programme on January 26th, 2024
What an incredible time! Under the theme: , some of the highlights included engaging sessions on Cooperative Philosophy and Personal Finance Management, an inspirational talk by Mr. Don; the Managing Director of Aloesha Organic Natural Health Products, dynamic group activities and team-building exercises, and the challenging entrepreneurship showcase where young members presented innovative business ideas, followed by opportunities to explore leadership positions within the SACCO.
We all left inspired, empowered, and ready to make a difference!
Big thanks to everyone who made this event memorable!
