Over the weekend, we marked a milestone we are deeply grateful for, one year of the Transformational Professionals Club.

We chose to celebrate this journey through the Transformational Professionals Summit, a powerful space of reflection, clarity, and forward thinking.

The insights shared, the conversations sparked, and the energy in the room reminded us why this community exists.

Special appreciation to Dr. Anita M Malinga (PhD) and Lawrence Namale for their impactful presentations, and to our amazing moderators Patricia Adong and REMIGIO KANYESIGYE, for guiding meaningful conversations with depth and excellence.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for believing in the vision and for walking this journey of growth with us.

As we close this chapter, we are even more excited about what lies ahead. 2026 holds so much promise, and we are just getting started.

Onward. Upward. Together.

🎉 One Year Already? Here’s the milestone we’re celebrating…

It’s hard to believe that the Transformational Professionals Club is officially one year old this week.

What started as a simple idea, to create a space where professionals could grow, learn, and support one another, has now become a vibrant community of purpose-driven individuals.

I’m incredibly proud of the journey so far, and deeply grateful to everyone who has believed in this vision, contributed their time, shared their expertise, or simply showed up to grow with us.

Thank you for walking this path with us.

This is just the beginning, the next chapter will be even bigger, bolder, and more impactful.

To many more years of transforming lives, careers, and leadership.

Every young professional needs one thing: a leader who has walked the path and is willing to talk about it.

There are very few leaders who show up on LinkedIn with the courage to share their stories vulnerably and authentically.

If there is a leader I deeply admire for this, it is Ritah Kabanyoro.

As young professionals, we often look to those ahead of us to understand what is possible.

Hearing their journeys, the wins, the lessons, the pivots, and the challenges, becomes one of the greatest forms of mentorship.

It reminds us that success is not accidental… it is built, one decision at a time.

Ritah is one of the youngest top executives we have in this country, yet she consistently chooses to share her leadership journey with honesty and grace.

Her voice has inspired many and her story continues to light the path for those rising behind her.

And here is the exciting news…

Ritah will be our Keynote Speaker at the upcoming LinkUp UG event! organised by BMR Inspirations and Transformational Professional Club

This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss, a chance to learn, connect, and be inspired by one of the most authentic leaders of our time.

Speaking at the Career Growth Masterclass last weekend was more than a moment; it was about planting seeds of growth in careers and futures

The Career Growth Masterclass was nothing short of transformational! It wasn’t just about those who attended; it was about proving once again that when professionals come together with energy, openness, and purpose, incredible things happen.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and made the day remarkable through your active participation and positive spirit. 🙏

And to every participant, may the lessons gained here be seeds that grow into fruitful, purposeful, and impactful careers.

This Masterclass reminded us that growth is not accidental, it’s intentional. The seeds you plant today will shape the professional you become tomorrow.

Thank you, Transformational Professionals Club and BADILI CONSULTS, for putting this experience together.

Sometimes the best business ideas don’t start with capital, they start with courage.

Last week during the Transformational Professionals Club TPC Entrepreneurship Program session , we reminded ourselves that we don’t need 5 million shillings or a rented shop to begin.

You can start small. You can start with what you have.

âś” Your skill
âś” Your knowledge
âś” Your phone
âś” Your network

What’s stopping you from selling that product you believe in or teaching what you know?

Someone out there is waiting for your solution. Don’t wait to be perfect, start and perfect along the way.

If you missed the session, here’s is the recording:

To my friend who may be feeling low today, this is for you.

Life has its moments, the kind that weigh heavily on your heart, drain your energy, and leave you wondering where to turn.

You may feel like you’ve tried everything, yet nothing seems to work.

You’re exhausted, but afraid to share for fear that no one will understand.

Let me remind you of this truth:

It’s okay not to be okay.

You’re human, and even those who look like they have it all together have their silent battles.

You’re not alone, and what you’re feeling right now is not the end of your story.

Pause and breathe. You’ve done your best. Give yourself credit for the effort, the resilience, and the quiet strength it takes just to keep going.

Talk to someone you trust; healing often begins in a conversation.

Take a break if you need to. Step away from work, unplug from social media, and reconnect with yourself.

Reflect. Reset. Re-strategize. You can still rise from this, you truly can.

Don’t turn to temporary fixes like alcohol or unhealthy habits. They only numb the pain; they don’t heal it.

Instead, surround yourself with people who uplift you. Watch or listen to something that sparks your joy.

And above all, pray, because even in silence, God listens.

This season will pass. Your comeback is on the horizon.

It’s not perfect this side either, but we’re choosing faith over fear.

And that’s the beauty of life, we keep going.

With heart,

Coach Samuel Ibanda

I was honored to attend the Africa Facilitators Accreditation Program (AFAP) 2025 in Kenya by KPMG and was successfully accredited.

If you know me very well, facilitating trainings and making presentations is something I am so passionate about.

This Africa Facilitators Accreditation Program (AFAP) training not only equipped me with these skills, but it also confirmed to me my key strengths in this area.

I’m grateful to be part of an organization that prioritizes growth, learning, and development.

Dear Professional,

Who’s filling your cup? Because the truth is, you can’t pour from an empty one.

Are you embracing every learning opportunity you have, either within or outside your organization?

We are in the era where the opportunity to learn is immense, including several free online learning platforms; you only have to be intentional and create time.

What’s one learning opportunity you’ve embraced recently that has helped you grow, either personally or professionally? Please share in the comment section.
