How about home ownership?

When you work with small and medium business owners and those that work for them, as closely as we do, and for as long as we have done, you interact with young men and women with an aspiration so deep you can feel it in their daily grind.

And once in a while, a question would be presented to us - enabling us to grow our businesses is great, and a long journey it is going to be, but how can we do it if we are worried about where we shall live? Its the reason we work so hard!

Patasente why haven't you given us a solution on housing?

Sell on favorable payment terms with Patasente.

Do your customers pay you 15-90 days later? Would you rather they paid you cash on delivery?

If you answered yes, this could be interesting.

Large companies like Crown Beverages (Pepsi), Century Bottling ( CocaCola), Jesa Milk sell their product through distribution agents. They require them to prepay for the product or pay cash on delivery.

What happens though if customers are not willing to pay you an advance or cash on delivery? Can you enjoy the benefits large companies get?

The answer is Yes.

You could sell through a special agent – called a Factor. The Factor would contract with your final customers to sell them your product on credit terms and then pay you cash on delivery to those customers. The Factor would then do the collections from the customers over time.

That factor is Patasente. Now let us do some business.

Do your suppliers want cash on delivery?

If you answered yes, then you have to have money to pay your suppliers as you wait for payment from your customers.

But what happens if you don't have the money?

You could rush to a bank to get a loan, or negotiate with your suppliers to supply you on credit terms. For example, If your customers pay you after 30 days, you could negotiate to pay your suppliers after 45 days.

What happens though if the bank is not willing to offer you an affordable loan and the suppliers are not willing to offer you better terms?

That is where Patasente comes in.

You can purchase through an agent called a Factor who would buy and pay your suppliers cash on delivery, and then would supply you on favorable payment terms.
