Mr Roger Bentley on CV writing and Job Interviews.
CV writing
Your CV has to impress the panel in 19seconds, skill and experience on the first page, be clear and concise, always check your spelling, always adjust your resume for every job you apply for and do not use funky email addresses.
Interviews
Arrive early, have energy, dress appropriately ( keep your identity but appropriate), study about the company you are applying for, take a breath before answering the next question, don't talk too much and present your weaknesses in a positive way.
When answering technical questions always use STAR ( Situation, Tasks, Activities, Result).
And on the salary question, always do research on salary and benefits in your area of expertise, Country and Region, then base your answer on that. So that you don't appear too cheap or overly expensive.
Good luck!!!
