Some people are not employable
They have genuine university degrees. But they don’t have any practical and useful skills that can be deployed in a real corporate situation.
Some people are not team players. They don’t get along with anyone. They don’t know how to support others. They are not teachable. They can’t follow directives. They constantly argue with the boss and quarrel with colleague employees. They don’t even know they are arrogant.
Some people are not presentable. Their personality would ruin any corporate brand. They lack business etiquette and general manners. They are uncouth in their language and uncombed in their self-image. They are simply unpresentable. It’s like their mental faculties are not fully developed.
Some people can’t deliver results. Big talk but zero performance. They never hit their targets. They lose one job after another and blame every boss. They are not necessarily lazy – but they commit to too many things. They are into everybody’s business. They simply can’t focus on their work.
NO! Everyone is employable. Avoid self-sabotage and work on yourself. If needs be, look for a coach or a mentor. Maybe you’re praying for a job or promotion and all you need is to work on thyself. Even in your own business, success is predicated on presentability, team-work and standard work ethics.
