There are things you are never going to experience in life except it be by Grace. There are places you are never going to step in except by Grace. There are levels you will never climb to except Grace propells you there. And here is something, Grace is that unmerited favour. It is not about how much you fast, how many times you rush to church, how many times you speak in tongues, Grace is just grace.
You will see someone. She propably doesn't pray as much as you do. She hasn't studied as much as you have. She doesn't even have the right connections. She's less talented, she's less intelligent. Yet by grace, everything she touches will always turn to gold. Everywhere she goes, she will excel.
But you will also see another person. They are super intelligent. They were born in the right family. They went to the best schools, they scored highly in their degrees. But yet everything for them is a struggle. There is no smoothness in their life. They are devoid of Grace. Everything they touch seems to go to ruin. They are always on the wrong side of the law even when innocent.
Having Grace doesn't mean that you won't pass through hard times in your life. No you will definitely do. But Grace will make evident the scriptures; "all things work out for the good of those..." When you pass through fire, grace will coat you with insulation, with a certain lagging and you won't feel the effects of the fire even though you passed through it.
Grace will give you the confidence to shout; "even though I pass through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil. Thy rod and thy staff shall protect me."
Speak not anything bad upon that person to whom an abundance of Grace has been released. Grace is infectious. The aura of Grace will affect things next to it. There are people you will be confident to engage on projects with because they have that overflowing grace that turns all things to gold.
Grace will refine thy intuition. Maybe people will begin to wonder why you say "No" at the last minute even when you had committed to be part months back. It is by grace. It will make that small voice to speak louder.
Please don't be fooled, whatever you got by grace, you can only keep by grace. Prayer won't keep it. Fasting won't. Only grace will. If you got that healing by grace, only grace will maintain it, nothing else.
Grace is unmerited favour. You can be the 'worst sinner' according to the world. You can be a w***e. To them you can be undeserving. But Grace doesn't care. What Grace says it will do, it will, and even do much more.
The beauty is, we all have that abundance of Grace opened to us in this generation. The Bible says; "we have the very mind of Christ." In otherwords, the very annoiting that enabled him to do all the things he did is upon each one of us. You only have to come to that place and partake of your portion as a child.
Grace will make thy roads smooth. You have already obtained that which you're trying to work for. 2 Peter 1: writes "to those who have obtained a faith of equal privilege through the righteousness of our God and saviour Jesus Christ..."
It is not by your power. It is not by your greatness. It is not by your fasting. It is not by your church attendance. But by grace. Open thy eyes to your own abundance of Grace. And remember, if you get something through grace, only grace will keep it.
