MINING POOL VIRTUAL MODELING APPLICATION

For the Bitbon System as a versatile decentralized system, mining is one of the key processes that allows guaranteeing reliability of its services and digital assets. The calculations of the application use real values of the main mining parameters, such as total power and size of remuneration that is transferred to miners from the Mining Fund each mining period. All calculations are made in accordance with the mathematical algorithm of Consensus building mining taking into account the parameters set by a User. The predicted result may differ from the actual result you will get in the future. That is due to the fact that the size of remuneration in Consensus building mining is directly influenced by the number of participants and their bitbons in mining.

Please note that the visual representation of this application consists of a number of complex components, which can be displayed only on big screens. Therefore, this application can run only on desktop browsers and tablets.

В ВЕРХОВНОЙ РАДЕ УКРАИНЫ ЗАРЕГИСТРИРОВАН ПРОЕКТ ЗАКОНА «О ТОКЕНИЗИРОВАННЫХ АКТИВАХ И КРИПТОАКТИВАХ»

Вчера, 5 ноября 2020 года, в Верховной Раде Украины был зарегистрирован проект Закона «О токенизированных активах и криптоактивах». Проект Закона разработан авторским коллективом, в который вошли участники общественной организации «Научно-исследовательский центр экономико-правовых решений в сфере применения технологий распределенного реестра», специалисты компании Simcord, а также представители научного сообщества и народные депутаты Украины.

Проект Закона «О токенизированных активах и криптоактивах» № 4328 от 05.11.2020 г. является специальным в сфере регулирования виртуальных активов распределенного реестра, устанавливающим правовой режим таких виртуальных активов и правовой статус субъектов в сфере виртуальных активов. Кроме того, в проекте Закона представлена классификация виртуальных активов распределенного реестра, которая позволит обеспечить государственное регулирование отношений, связанных с применением виртуальных активов распределенного реестра, и использовать их в гражданских и хозяйственных правоотношениях.

Главной концептуальной идеей, положенной в основу данного проекта Закона, является установление правовой определенности для сферы виртуальных активов распределенного реестра, что создаст благоприятные условия для развития нового рынка виртуальных активов в Украине.

Принятие проекта Закона «О токенизированных активах и криптоактивах» предоставит возможность ввести в правовое поле и урегулировать операции со всеми видами виртуальных активов распределенного реестра, а также привлечь в национальную экономику отечественные и зарубежные инвестиции с использованием таких виртуальных активов.

Все вышеперечисленное позволит Украине приблизиться к технологичным странам-лидерам в некоторых сферах цифровой экономики, создавая благоприятные условия для инвестирования в IT-сектор и мотивации украинских и зарубежных специалистов активно применять в реальном секторе экономики решения на базе децентрализованных информационных платформ.

DRAFT LAW “ON TOKENIZED ASSETS AND CRYPTO-ASSETS” REGISTERED IN UKRAINE

Yesterday, on November 5, 2020, the Draft Law “On Tokenized Assets and Crypto-Assets” was registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine aimed at regulating relations arising out of use of virtual assets, in particular those that exist in the digital data accounting system based on the distributed ledger technology.

This Draft Law is the result of joint work of the members of the NGO “Research Center of Economic and Legal Solutions in the Area of Application of Distributed Ledger Technologies”, specialists from Simcord, People’s Deputies and representatives of various fields of academia of Ukraine.

The Draft Law “On Tokenized Assets and Crypto-Assets” No. 4328 dated November 5, 2020:

🔸 classifies virtual assets of the distributed ledger;

🔸 allows regulating operations with all known types of virtual assets of the distributed ledger;

🔸 establishes legal framework for virtual assets of the distributed ledger;

🔸 determines legal status of subjects in the field of virtual assets;

🔸 allows assigning state bodies that will regulate relations in the field of virtual assets of the distributed ledger;

and more.

The adoption of the Draft Law “On Tokenized Assets and Crypto-Assets” will allow attracting both domestic and international investments using virtual assets of the distributed ledger into national economy, as well as opening new opportunities for developing socioeconomic relations based on the application of virtual assets in various activities.

This Draft Law proposes simple and clear state instruments: classification of virtual assets of the distributed ledger, strict integration with the adopted accounting standards to classify virtual assets of the distributed ledger as current and non-current assets, use of the current framework for banking and taxation, circulation of securities, etc.

Everything mentioned above will create conditions in which Ukraine will see the development of a new market of tokenized assets and services, as well as the emergence of new systems for accounting such assets, which will cause the formation of a new digital economy based on progressive information platforms.

ПРОИСХОЖДЕНИЕ НАЗВАНИЯ BITBON

На протяжении всего периода разработки и создания концепции Системы Bitbon одним из наших основных принципов всегда был ориентир на исторические факты и тот ценный опыт, который был приобретен человечеством. Так мы проецировали собственное видение грядущих перспектив, а также результаты наших научных исследований и экспериментов на достаточно широко известные явления. Такой путь был выбран нами сознательно, так как мы были убеждены, что именно он приведет нас к главной цели.

С самого начала зарождения нашей смелой и прогрессивной идеи о создании уникального финансового инструмента и механизма для его безграничного практического применения было очевидно, что необходимо дать ему имя. Имя, которое должно содержать неповторимую самобытность и при этом отражать его истинную суть. Мы поднимали архивы и находили термины, определения которых в силу объективных причин уже были «забыты». Но именно среди таких терминов мы и обнаружили понятие «bon» (термин финансового права) — формы обязательственных документов, которые уже были выведены из оборота. Однако мы решили дать этому понятию совершенно новую жизнь, так как заложенный в «bon» принцип нам показался очень интересным для того, чтобы использовать его в нашем определении.

Тем временем очень быстро развивались цифровые технологии, и наши специалисты проводили множество исследований с целью определить, какие значимые открытия в этой области мы могли бы использовать для достижения поставленных целей. Так мы пришли к решению, что опираясь на изученное значение и свойства «bon» как такового и добавив к нему принципиально новые особенности структуры и работы нашей инновационной системы, можем получить максимально точное понятие для названия уникального финансового инструмента. Принимая во внимание устойчивые мировые тенденции развития электронной формы хранения информации и появление альтернативных способов ее передачи, мы определили, что данное название должно быть обязательно созвучно с современным цифровым миром и отражать в себе его функциональную основу. Так что неслучайно именно «bit» (единица измерения количества информации) и «bon» определили формирование нашего понятия, позволив таким образом выразить его практическую природу.

Так появилось новое звучное имя — Bitbon
