INVESTMENT COMPANIES ATLAS ADVISORS AND ALTIUS CAPITAL ANNOUNCE THE MERGER
Investment companies Atlas Advisors and Altius Capital announced the closing of a business merger. The combined company will continue to operate under the brand Altius Capital.
Alexey Rashchupkin will become the Managing Partner of the company. Igor Bilous and Anatoii Klepatskyi remain as partners of Altius Capital.
“The merger of Atlas Advisors and Altius Capital was the logical result of effective cooperation between our two companies, which was based on the common principles of conducting investment banking business. We support clients at every step of their business life cycle, which allows us to be long-term partners on a mutually beneficial basis. In addition, wide successful experience gained by the two companies allows us to look to the future with optimism,” emphasized Alexey Rashchupkin.
In his turn, Igor Bilous pointed out that the merger of Atlas Advisors and Altius Capital allowed to create a universal investment banking company with a wide range of services. “The merger allows us to expand our product line – from M&A to debt restructuring and fundraising, as well as strengthen our positions in key industries – from infrastructure and agriculture to FMCG and retail,” he says.
