($100,000 initial check + $50,000 follow-on)

Ranking Copilot is building an AI-powered legal tech platform that helps law firms prepare directory submissions, capability statements, and fee proposals faster and with higher accuracy.
Law firms spend weeks and billions globally on these workflows every year. Ranking Copilot automates the most time-intensive parts and helps teams complete in ~30 minutes what traditionally took 5–7 days.
The platform is already used by 30+ law firms across Europe, the US, and APAC.

This investment fully aligns with our thesis at ZAS Ventures. We back high-growth, capital-efficient AI products built by Ukrainian founders and scaling globally. Ranking Copilot is a strong example of this approach.

Another milestone for ZAS Ventures. And we are proud of it! 🚀

Our Founder and Managing Partner, Andriy Zinchuk, has officially graduated from Decile Group’s Venture Institute Batch II, one of the most selective venture capital training programs globally. The 8-week program helps VC firms strengthen their strategy, structure, and institutional LP readiness.

For us, this is more than a certificate. As a VC firm backing Ukrainian founders with global ambition, we need to grow at the same pace as the teams we support. The program gave Andrew new tools and frameworks that will help ZAS Ventures continue to refine our operations and the firm’s long-term architecture.

It also builds on our experience as alumni of VC Lab Batch 3. We are shaping a firm grounded in strong principles, transparent processes, and a clear vision for Ukraine’s tech potential.

We thank the Venture Institute and Decile Group teams for the guidance and community. We are glad to be part of a network shaping the next generation of VC firms.
