The Ministry of Finance plans to launch housing leasing for state employees
The Ministry of Finance promises to launch a new instrument for housing loans - financial leasing at 5%. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Yuriy Draganchuk, reports "First Business".According to the official, the government plans to create a new state company - "Ukrfinzhitlo", which will offer additional products for people who receive a salary from the budget: teachers, doctors."There will be a new tool - financial leasing at 5%, which will allow people who work in the public sector and receive lower salaries, to get affordable housing. The state must provide these people with housing. In the near future we announce the launch and the first mortgage agreements, "Draganchuk said.We will remind that on November 3 in the Ministry of Finance told about the thousandth borrower under the program «available mortgage of 7%». As part of the state program, Ukrainians took out loans worth more than 888 million hryvnias.
