Chocolate Treat


Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish so it’s ready to go.
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until smooth and well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and brewed coffee.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your chocolate treat!
