為迎戰民營銀行大搶房貸業務，身為房貸龍頭的土地銀行鬆綁房貸業務，而且直接從降低貸款戶的所得門檻下手。據了解，土銀將自本月起，從「所得門檻」來鬆綁房貸業務，原本貸到最高8成貸款者，年薪至少要80萬元，現在土銀把門檻下修到60萬元，可說是土銀近幾年來，最大的一次房貸鬆綁措施，尤以總價低於600萬元的貸款戶為主要受惠者。 台銀主管則指出，台銀會隨時根據房市景氣作動態調整：「不見得從所得門檻下手，而是會視各地區…
