‘Onur Park Life Istanbul’ is being built by OnurBeton who has experience more than half a century. The field area of the project is 46.000 M2 and %50 of the project is foreseen as green area. The Project is located in one of the most developing sites of Esenyurt, 500 metres Akbatı Shopping Mall, alongside with the motor way, 600 metres to motorway pay point, 1 km to EmlakKonutproject area, 300 metres to planned subway station and also quite close to the 3rd airport of Istanbul and its related high ways.Onur Park Life is a complex 3-stage project of living and business sites and whose licence was received on December, 2015. 3 Indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness and sport center, basketball court and tennis court will be available in all the stages of the project whose first 2 stages are planned as living areas with 2+1 and 3+1 flats. On the other side, the third stage of the project is designed as 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1 business concepts. In overall, Onur Park Life was developed and designed according to the needs of the region and it has low ratio of construction field compared to total project area which is seen rarely.
The Project was started on 01.01.2016, 1st stage will be completed on June 2018, 2nd stage will be completed on June 2019 and 3rd stage will be completed on June 2020.
