In 2008 Yesilova made joint venture agreement with Valuepart Europe S.p.A. and Valuepart Inc. and became one of the members of the largest group company all over the world. Valuepart Turkey was primarily aiming to distribute aftermarket CAT spare parts to meet the needs of domestic market. In 1980, it started specializing in manufacturing and exporting by selling to the world market mainly to USA,

Europe, Asia and Middle East countries. In last 34 years our company has became a one of the major supplier for our industry all over the world. We are very proud of large number of tooling, original sample and technical data investments besides our product stocks.
