Blue House Registration Book (Thor.Ror. 14)

Yellow House Registration Book (Thor.Ror. 13)
For: ✅ Foreigners who are permitted to reside in Thailand and own property (e.g., a condominium).
Purpose: Serves as official proof of address for foreigners to use in various transactions, such as opening a bank account, applying for a driver's license, and buying or selling property.
