เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2568 บริษัท อัลฟาแคปปิตอล พาร์ทเนอร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดย นางสาวฐิติยา วงศ์จิรชัย รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร นางสาวฐิติมา การะนัด ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายงานพัฒนาธุรกิจ และพนักงานของบริษัท ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรม CSR “Alpha all Care” มอบรอยยิ้มสู่ผู้สูงวัย” เพื่อส่งต่อ “หมอนจากหลอดพลาสติกรีไซเคิล” พร้อมกับเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวันและมอบสิ่งของเครื่องใช้จำเป็นให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุ ณ สถานสงเคราะห์คนชราวาสนะเวศม์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
On Friday, August 29, 2025, Alpha Capital Partner Group Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Thitiya Wongchirachai, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Thitima Karanud, Chief Business Development Officer, together with company staff, organized a CSR activity titled “Alpha All Care: Sharing Smiles with the Elderly.”
The event aimed to deliver pillows made from recycled plastic straws, provide lunch, and donate essential supplies to elderly residents at Wasana Wes Home for the Elderly in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
กิจกรรม “Alpha All Care” เป็นหนึ่งในโครงการที่ Alpha มุ่งมั่นที่จะมีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนาสังคม ผ่านการตอบแทนสู่ชุมชนและสร้างสรรค์คุณค่าเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างความสุขและส่งมอบความอบอุ่นให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุที่พักอาศัยในสถานสงเคราะห์ดังกล่าว ในการนี้ “คนอัลฟา” ได้นำส่ง “หมอนจากหลอดพลาสติกรีไซเคิล” จำนวน 100 ใบ ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่พนักงานร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันประดิษฐ์ขึ้น นำส่งต่อความห่วงใยแด่ผู้สูงอายุและผู้ป่วยติดเตียง ภายในงานยังมีกิจกรรมมากมาย อาทิ เลี้ยงอาหารกลางวัน มอบสิ่งของเครื่องใช้จำเป็น และกิจกรรมสันทนาการต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมพูดคุยและแลกเปลี่ยนเรื่องราวกับผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อสร้างรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะ สร้างแรงกำลังใจ ส่งต่อความห่วงใยให้แก่ผู้สูงวัย
“Alpha All Care” is one of Alpha’s key initiatives to support and uplift society by giving back to the community and creating shared value for the greater good. The goal is to bring joy and warmth to the elderly living in care facilities.
In this regard, "Alpha people" have delivered 100 "pillows made from recycled plastic straws," an activity that employees collaboratively crafted to show care for the elderly and bedridden patients. The event also featured various activities such as providing lunch, donating essential items, and organizing recreational activities. Additionally, there were conversations and story exchanges with the elderly to create smiles and laughter, boost morale, and extend care to the seniors.
กิจกรรม CSR ในครั้งนี้นับว่าเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่ทีมงาน “คนอัลฟา” ได้แสดงถึงการให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลและเคารพผู้สูงอายุในสังคมไทย พร้อมทั้งเป็นการกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน #อัลฟามุ่งสู่ฝันความยั่งยืน
This CSR activity was a meaningful opportunity for the Alpha Teams to demonstrate their commitment to respecting and caring for the elderly in Thai society. It also helped raise awareness about the importance of community involvement and sustainable development.

กิจกรรม “ออมก่อน เก่งกว่า” Alpha ตระหนักว่าการเงินเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ และเป็นการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนให้กับเยาวชน
เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 บริษัท อัลฟ่า แคปปิตอล พาร์ทเนอร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดยนางสาวฐิติมา การะนัด ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายงานพัฒนาธุรกิจและพนักงาน ร่วมกับ ผู้อำนวยการ คณะครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร จัดกิจกรรม“ สัปดาห์ออมทรัพย์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ” ออมให้เป็น ใช้ให้พอ คำสอนพ่อสร้างอนาคต" ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ ความตระหนักรู้การงิน การออมของนักเรียน ณ โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร
กิจกรรม “Finance Education” ครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 2 เป็นการตอกย้ำความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคเอกชน ภาครัฐ และภาคประชาสังคม ในการให้ความเข้าใจ “การเงินต้องรู้” สนับสนุนด้านการออม เพื่อปลูกฝังให้นักเรียนรู้จักการใช้เงินตั้งแต่ยังเล็ก และมีวินัยในการออม เพื่อเสริมสร้างค่านิยมและคุณลักษณะอยู่อย่างพอเพียง ตามรอยปรัชญา “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” ที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวพระราชทานพระราชดำริชี้แนะแนวทาง การดำเนินชีวิตแก่พสกนิกรชาวไทยมาโดยตลอดนานกว่า 25 ปี เพื่อให้รอดพ้น และสามารถดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนภายใต้กระแสโลกาภิวัตน์และความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ
ในการนี้ “ฅนอัลฟ่า” ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับทางโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดหนองแขม โดยเข้าร่วมจัดบูธกิจกรรมการออมเงิน โดยให้นักเรียนทุกชั้นปีเข้าร่วมเล่นเกมส์ “ออมก่อน เก่งกว่า บิงโกเกมส์” และได้มอบรางวัลให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมเล่นเกมส์ดังกล่าว รวมทั้งร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ วิธีการจัดสรรการใช้จ่ายสิ่งต่างๆ และวิธีการออมผ่านการเล่นเกมส์ นอกจากนี้ภายในงานยังมีกิจกรรมให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน มาให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ร่วมสนุกในโอกาสวันสัปดาห์ออมทรัพย์ปีนี้ด้วย ณ อาคารกิจกรรม โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร

“Save First, Be Smarter” Activity
Alpha recognizes that financial literacy is essential and believes it contributes to the sustainable development of youth.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Alpha Capital Partner Group Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Thitima karanud, Chief Business Development Officer, together with company staff, collaborated with the director, teachers, and students of Wat Nong Khaem Secondary School, Bangkok, to organize the “Savings Week in Honor of His Majesty the King” under the theme “Save wisely, spend modestly – His Majesty’s teaching lights the path forward” for the year 2025.
The event aimed to raise financial awareness and promote saving habits among students at Wat Nong Khaem Secondary School, Bangkok.
The “Finance Education” initiative, now in its second year, reaffirms the collaboration between the private sector, public sector, and civil society in promoting essential financial literacy. The program encourages saving habits and aims to instill financial discipline in students from a young age, fostering an understanding of responsible spending. It also seeks to cultivate values of moderation and self-sufficiency in alignment with the “Sufficiency Economy Philosophy” graciously bestowed by His Majesty the King. For over 25 years, this philosophy has provided guidance for the Thai people, helping them navigate change and globalization with resilience and sustainability.
As part of the event, “Alpha Teams” joined hands with Wat Nong Khaem Secondary School by organizing a savings booth open to students from all grade levels. They participated in the interactive “Save First, Be Smarter – Bingo Game”, where prizes were awarded to players.
The activity also served as a platform to share personal experiences on budgeting, spending wisely, and saving effectively through engaging gameplay. Additionally, the event featured various financial literacy activities for attendees to enjoy and learn from in celebration of this year’s Savings Week, held at the activity hall of Wat Nong Khaem Secondary School, Bangkok.

เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ Alpha Team ได้รวมพลังกันในกิจกรรม Workshop
“หมอนหลอดเพื่อผู้ป่วย”
โดยนำหลอดพลาสติกรีไซเคิลมาประดิษฐ์เป็นหมอน
เพื่อมอบให้แก่ผู้ป่วยติดเตียงและผู้สูงอายุที่มีปัญหาเรื่องปวดหลัง
👐 กิจกรรมนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการสร้างสรรค์งานประดิษฐ์เท่านั้น
แต่ยังเป็นการส่งต่อความห่วงใย ความสามัคคี และความรัก

เมื่อวันที่ 6-7 มิถุนายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา ผู้บริหารของบริษัทเราได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมการอบรมหลักสูตร "How to Develop a Risk Management Plan" ของ IOD ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำแผนบริหารจัดการความเสียงเชิงปฎิบัติ สำหรับผู้บริหารในการจัดทำแผนบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) เพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำแผนการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กร (Risk Management Plan) โดยเฉพาะความเสี่ยงที่ควบคุมได้ เช่น ความเสี่ยงด้านการผลิต ความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน เป็นต้น เพื่อการสร้างระบบป้องกันความเสี่ยงขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมผู้บริหารและพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว
On June 6-7, 2024, our executives had the opportunity to attend the "How to Develop a Risk Management Plan" course by IOD. This course focuses on the practical development of an operational risk management plan, specifically designed for executives. The workshop aimed to enhance understanding of creating an effective risk management plan for the organization, with a particular emphasis on controllable risks such as production risks and financial risks. This is to ensure the development of an efficient risk prevention system within the organization.
