Established in 2014, Asian Business Brokers specializes in the sale of businesses, like hotels, restaurants, bars, massage parlors, etc in the Asia Pacific region. Originally trading as ‘Bangkok Bar Sales’ since 2009, it became evident that there was a gap in the market for quality business brokers in Thailand. And, that gap extended beyond bars, and applied to all start-up and small to medium ent
erprises. Asian Business Brokers (Thailand) was formed in 2013 under the direction of Ms Parinee (Palm) Insoongnoen of Bangkok. In a very short period of time, listing numbers doubled our nearest competitor and Asia Business Brokers was formed ready for expansion into other Asian countries. By the close of 2021, we traded in 12 Asian countries and, in early 2022, expanded our region to include all of the Asia-Pacific, encompassing all countries in Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia. The company's success has, in part, been because we only deal with commercial real estate - businesses (start-up, SME and M&A), business partnerships, commercial property, franchises and land for commercial use. We do not deal with residential real estate. Our primary role is to unite owners wishing to sell with people or entities who want to buy. Consistent with other brokers and estate agents, we only take a fee upon making a successful sale.
