The park is open to the public 8 am to 8 pm from mid-April to mid-October weather dependent. The park play equipment is designed for children 7 years of age and younger. The building at Teddy Bear Park has two levels that are available to rent. Both floors have their own kitchen which includes a full size standard refrigerator, sink, small microwave and counter top space; there is no stove. Food i
s not allowed to be cooked in the building however food may be warmed and served - outlets are available. Each floor has its own entrance. The main floor (1st floor) of the building maximum capacity is 60 people however it only has 45 chairs along with 7 tables. 1st floor does not have air conditioning available and shares the main restrooms located on the outside of the building - these are the restrooms for everyone in the park. The 2nd floor maximum capacity is 30 people and has 5 tables and 30 chairs. 2nd floor is temperature controlled with air conditioning units and has a private unisex restroom. 2nd floor is not ADA accessible which means no elevator but has a large wooden staircase. There are three concrete picnic tables located outside just north of the building. These tables are first come first serve. The gazebo has bench style seating (no tables).
