INCENTIVES UNDER THE INVESTMENT PROMOTION

Tax Incentives:
- Exemption/reduction of import duties on machinery (Sections 28/29)
- Reduction of import duties for raw or essential materials (Section 30)
- Exemption of corporate income tax and juristic person income tax. (Section 31 and 34)
- A 50 percent reduction of the corporate income tax (Section 35(1))
- Double deduction from the costs of transportation, electricity and water supply (Section 35 (2))
- Additional 25 percent deduction of the cost of installation or construction of facilities (Section 35 (3))

One option for 90 days report, If you would like to report to Thai Immigration via registered mail. You require to send the following required documents:

- Filled in and signed notification form TM. 47
- Copy of all passport pages
- Copy of arrival or departure card (TM. 6)
- Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (not required for first report)
- 6.5"x 9" envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer to send back the new notifications of staying over 90 days and form TM. 47

Notice: The 90 days report by registered post have to sent before notification of staying over 90 days expired.
