Responsibilities
•Install, configure and maintain the server, network equipment and other devices on both software and hardware part
•Document the design and support procedure for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff
•Identify the potential issue and integrate possible solution
•Proactively check and ensure the level of system and infrastructure availability
•Create an incident report upon the event and provide full resolution
•Oversee and manage the overall backup strategy and daily operations for secure backups and restore testing.
•Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
•Participate in the design of information, operational support systems including infrastructure and development
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields
•Good knowledge of Datacenter Infrastructure
(Windows Server 2008, 2012, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing,
Windows desktop operating systems)
•Good knowledge of LAN, WAN and Network Monitoring (Router, Firewall, Switch, etc.).
•Understanding in IT Security.
•Understanding in Backup & Recovery, HA and BCP.
•Able to manage and configure network equipment (Firewall, Core Switch, SAN Switch, Access Point, etc.).
•Able to manage and configure VMware.
•Able to manage and configure SQL server would be a plus.
•Able to manage and configure Anti-Virus, Endpoint.
•Able to manage and support Microsoft software (Microsoft Office, O365, etc).
•Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, OS System, Network, Printer, etc..
