You will always have my (Rafiki) menu at the bottom of your screen when you click the send message tab.

You will have 3 options to navigate during our chat after you have signed in successfully.

i. Transact
ii. Get EcobankPay QR
iii. Customer Support.

Check it out now if you have successfully signed in with your Ecobank Mobile Banking Profile or Xpress Account Profile if you don't have a Mobile Banking Profile

How to get started with me?
*You need to have an active Ecobank Mobile Banking Profile*

If you have an active mobile banking profile, please follow these simple steps:

- Click Get Started
- Read Terms & Conditions / Data Privacy Policy, click “Accept”
- Select your preferred language: English, French, Portuguese and Spanish
- You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on registered mobile phone number, which you must enter before you complete onboarding
- Now select what you’d like to do "click Transact"
