No. 392/2021 as per the the Cooperative and Rural Development Act 2011 of the Republic of South Sudan. It operates in three counties of Yei, Juba and Morobu in Central Equatorial state. The SACCO aims at promoting financial inclusion which is among the major barr

iers to socio-economic development in South Sudan (World Bank, 2020). It provide a wide range of initiatives to both rural and Urban communities with specific attention to the peasant farmer households and marginalized individuals such as youth, school dropout, returnees, widows who have limited hope of having a source of livelihoods. The SACCO empowers members with start-up credit and saving services. It also provides training and input support to farmers in form of farm tools, seeds, tractor hire, storage facilities, among others.

Today the Man of God Bishop Emeritus Hillary Adeba and the Chairman of SETLINK SAVINGS CREDIT AND COOPERATIVE SOCIETY mate at our YEI Branch of YEI River County.

The 2 leader's emphasizes much on the prospects of financial inclusion and it's challenges with in YEI and Central Equatoria at large.

The man of God urged the Management of the SACCO to emphasize in promoting the system on Financial Inclusion with the County and beyond by ensuring that Setlink Savings Credit & Cooperative Society focuses in determining the factors of inclusions in the areas of Woman activeness in income Generating Activities, education, age, and gender.

Emaritus Bishop went on to urge the Management to understand most of the main indicator of financial inclusion are formal account, formal saving, and formal credit for all.

The Man of God Emeritus Bishop Hilary Adeba concluded his visit at SETLINK SACCO by offering ward of God and prayed for the entire operations of the institution and it's management staffs in general.

The management of SETLINK SAVINGS CREDIT AND COOPERATIVE SOCIETY is here encouraging members and the stakeholders to adopt SAVINGS culture in the society.
