Insurance Agent job- an unglam job actually. It’s few hundred days of hard work and perhaps for some of the agents, we are lucky to have a few days of glamour on stage.

Most people are unfriendly, rude or see us with 有色眼镜. Actually, there are still agents out there who meant no harm. We are just doing our job and a normal human.

But luckily there are still nice people out there. It’s the little notes and appreciation that keeps us going. Thank you to AL, JL and those who treat us as a human with a heart 🌻🥰

13 feb 2026 - hospital visit

Old age is real. Class C ward. Saw a few elderly age ranges 68,70,73 cant go home and staying in community hospital for the coming new year ,due to nobody take care of them at home and fall risky.

Luckily this ward, the patients all are friendly and occasionally chat with each other for company. Can feel the looniness and 无奈 within them.

This year has been a fulfilling year for me at work, lots of knowledge and skills sharpening, lots of travel, time to reconnect with customers and also reconnect with some friends who entrusted their insurance charting with me.

Spending more time in assisting good outcome closure of claims for my clients instead of chasing sales figures, has bought me another level of satisfaction. Their little earnest thank you is something money can’t buy.

Thank you 2025. Welcome 2026.
