MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Investor Relations

-Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan
-Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function
-Establishes the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
-Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes
-Manages the investor relations portion of the company website
-Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
-Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community
-Detail comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/ -Financials tools/ Financial Metrics etc.
-Monitoring performance and result oriented metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis.
-Identifying the different classes of shareholders and presenting in accordance with their requirements.
-Detecting the ongoing operational changes in the Organizations and tracking them through ongoing contacts with Management and convey properly with the Investors.
-Serving as the primary point of contact for the investment community.
Includes Tracking investors’ perception and query on a regular basis and convey the same to the Management and to resolve any discrimination if they arise.
-After any Earning release or publications of Financial Results, the necessary feedback of the Investment community is required to convey to the Top-level management. In case of any differences in opinion, it is the duty of Investor Relations (IR) to remove the ambiguity between the Management and Investment groups.
-In case of a share buyback or declaration of Dividend (both interim and final), it is the duty of Investor relation to providing accurate feedback of Institutional and as well as Retail Investors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
-Able to work independently as well as in a team

Restaurant Manager
-To set up (when required) and develop concept of cafe and apply for relevant licenses

-To perform opening and closing duties

-Oversee all front and back of the house cafe operations
