📘 L – Land Use Rules 土地使用规则
🏠 Zoning 分区:住宅、商业、工业用途,决定未来发展方向。
📏 Plot Ratio 容积率:决定可建总楼面面积 (GFA)。
🏗️ Allowable Rebuild/Reno 重建/改建限制:高度、覆盖率、保留建筑。
