Portfolio company Tribe and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) recently announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to establish the Ignition AI Accelerator, a new global AI startup accelerator based in Singapore. The accelerator is strategic and a first in Southeast Asia, supported by the Singapore government, focused on enhancing AI value discovery, creating a vibrant ecosystem for AI startups, and pushing the boundaries of what AI is capable of.

Our portfolio company 17LIVE listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) today, which marks Singapore’s first completed S**C transaction.

The firm merged with Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation (VTAC), with the listing bringing the joint entity’s estimated market value to approximately US$663 million.

Our portfolio company Jenfi recently announced that it has raised $6.6 million in pre-Series B funding, led by Headline Asia. The new funding will be used to grow its customer base in existing markets as well as expand into new Southeast Asian markets. It also will enable the company to refine its credit underwriting and risk assessment capabilities.
