Portfolio company Tribe and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) recently announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to establish the Ignition AI Accelerator, a new global AI startup accelerator based in Singapore. Our portfolio company 17LIVE listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) today, which marks Singapore’s first completed S**C transaction.

The firm merged with Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation (VTAC), with the listing bringing the joint entity’s estimated market value to approximately US$663 million.
