Since 1 Oct 2020, CareShield Life has been made compulsory for those born in 1980 and later. Those born in 1979 or earlier will be joining in from 6 nov 2021 this year too.

Enhancements can be made to it to increase the basic coverage and an additional $600/year can be used from your Medisave for the enhancements.
