AI adoption is ultimately a workforce transformation journey, requiring leaders to set the direction, creating conditions for workers to build the confidence and capabilities needed to integrate AI into everyday work.

At this year's , Temasek convened leaders from Government, unions, Institutes of Higher Learning, Temasek Portfolio Companies, and enterprises across the Singapore ecosystem to explore how collective learning and shared experiences can help build AI-fluent workforces.

Leaders from ST Engineering and Certis Group shared how they are driving workforce transformation through experimentation and continuous learning, while workers and union representatives from Certis Land Security, DBS, Mediacorp, ST Engineering and the Union of Security Employees (USE) shared firsthand experiences of adapting to AI in their daily work.

NTUC Singapore also shared how initiatives including AI-Ready SG and the Tripartite Jobs Council are supporting workforce transformation, underscoring the importance of tripartite collaboration in helping workers and businesses adapt to an AI-enabled future.

Our Chairman emphasised the importance of moving together in an AI-enabled world: "So let us move, and move with urgency, because the world is not waiting for us. Let us move with care, because our people matter. And let us move with confidence, because Singapore has done this before. And most importantly, let's move together." As AI reshapes the future of work, the organisations that succeed will not be those with the best technology alone, but those that bring their people along on the journey.

Thank you to our tripartite partners, speakers and participants for helping turn that vision into action through shared learning, collaboration and commitment. Teo Chee Hean Josephine Teo Ng Chee Meng 黄志明

Better harvests. Lower emissions. Greater resilience.

Led by Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL), the Decarbonising Rice Project is helping smallholder farmers improve yields while reducing methane emissions and water use.

Through trials across India, Laos and Indonesia, farmers have seen healthier crops, higher yields and improved returns, showing how sustainable farming can benefit both people and the planet.

This reflects our commitment to protecting our planet by supporting scalable solutions that create lasting impact for communities and future generations.
