Kelly was drawn to the profession after witnessing the emotional and financial strain caused by a lack of proper financial planning. When his mother was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease while he was still studying, he saw firsthand the importance of planning ahead. That turning point motivated him to help others gain clarity and confidence in their financial journey.

He chose PFPFA because of its culture and environment. One of the things that attracted him to the firm was the warmth he experienced when he was invited to the Christmas party last year. He was impressed by the genuine camaraderie among the team, as well as the spirit of kindness, empathy, and mutual support. The warm hospitality extended to everyone made him feel welcomed, valued, and at home from the very beginning.

Another reason he joined PFPFA was its strong expertise in estate planning and international presence. With its established regional footprint, PFPFA provides opportunities to expand his reach, connect with a broader market, and serve clients across different regions, supporting both his professional growth and long-term career aspirations.

Kelly is deeply motivated by his mother, who remains one of the main reasons he works so hard.
