Thank you Sharanya Pillai and The Business Times for creating further awareness around as a potential source of baseload power as part of our future energy mix.

Especially in land scarce Singapore, we have to consider all possibilities for our journey.

Excited that TRIREC got the opportunity to share our views for the article. We have been looking into baseload, clean, non-intermittent energy sources and nuclear energy is definitely one path to consider.

While our investment thesis led us to invest into , we continue to keep a lookout for related nuclear technologies that is viable and relevant.

As the article highlighted, we do need the establishment of and regional dialogues to achieve a collaborative and beneficial outcome for all parties.

Extremely excited to share this very symbolic announcement of TRIREC’s portfolio company, Type One Energy Group, building a pilot reactor on the site of a former coal-fired power plant.

In the green journey, it is imperative for us to support and accelerate the development of to replace base load pollutive fossil fuels.

This is a significant first step and am sure many more to come from Chris Mowry and his Type One team which all of us at TRIREC are humbled to be supporting.

Infinity One will allow Type One Energy to verify important design features of its high field stellarator fusion pilot plant, particularly those related to operating efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and affordability.
