Companies can start to file their Year of Assessment (YA) 2020 Form C-S/ C using CorpPass at https://mytax.iras.gov.sg/ESVWeb/default.aspx.

Gan Giap Huat, a 63-year-old director of two real estate agencies, WGR Global Property Consultants Pte Ltd and Kairos International Property Consultant Pte Ltd, has been convicted of Income Tax evasion. For his offences, Gan was sentenced to 4 weeks’ imprisonment and penalised a total of $442,266, three times the amount of Income Tax evaded.
