Her professional services include timely annual insurance renewals, after-sales service, and clientele education on the latest products and trends. In addition, she also helps customers with road tax renewals, resolves LTA issues. Settles legal matters on claims, car loan application and settlement, car trade-in and export, and car ownership transfer. She is well-known for her ability to provide accurate information and prompt assistance following stipulated laws. Her patience, hardworking nature, and customer-centric approach to problem resolutions have helped her to secure new customers as well as returning customers. With her 19 years of Motor Insurance experience, she is able to provide good advice and assist customers in vehicle accidents or injury claims. Besides insurance, Maxine is well-versed in setting up new business enterprises and managing daily operations including sales and marketing, inventory, and production. To widen her experience, she is currently working as an Account Assistant/Purchaser for BusAds Pte Ltd. She handles AR & AP, HR, general administrations, purchases, and sales lead generation. Going the extra mile, she managed to help the company to secure government grants i.e. PSG grant, Work-life grant, P-MAX, Senior Worker Early Adopter grant with a total funding amount of more than $200K. Personally, she loves to network, learn, travel, listen to music, and dance, She enjoys cooking as a therapeutic therapy and baking for her loved ones. During her free time, she swims or cycles to maintain her stamina and endurance. She is very passionate about flower arrangement and is good at art and craft. To give back to society, she is currently volunteering at The Singapore Buddist Lodge.
